Can Exercise actually make you look younger?
Exercise, in whatever form you take it is good for you — there’s no getting away from it. Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
There are various reasons people choose to exercise, whether that’s to stay healthy or to lose weight, but improving mental health is another factor that regular exercise can help with. Exercise is a powerful “drug” and the release of endorphins whilst you are exercising can drastically improve emotional and mental health by reducing stress, helping you sleep, making you feel happier and more relaxed, improve your memory, help with anxiety and also your self confidence. I asked Jordan where the idea of Rejuvenating yourself with exercise came from, seeing as this is the key focus of his workouts.
“When you train 100’s of clients, a pattern starts to emerge of what clients really want. You have to look deeper into why they are coming to you for a personal training session. Why do they really want to lose weight? Why do they really want to become fitter. Once again it baffles me why these 5 amazing elements haven’t been put together in a workout before. Because they beautifully complement themselves and achieve the best results. Clients don’t just want fast superficial results, they want to feel better in themselves. They want to feel how they used to feel”.

When asked what sets him apart from other Personal Trainers Jordan said “Without a doubt it’s my workout. No one offers this unique workout. Not only does it actually provide long lasting meaningful results, but clients are constantly losing around 1 stone per month. It’s incredible to see these weight loss results, as we don’t focus on weight loss. My only explanation is that the sessions are so enjoyable. Clients are constantly amazed that we’ve trained for an hour. Nearly every session a client will say “are we finished already?”.
